About The Position

Our firm is seeking a high-caliber Senior Project Manager on behalf of a global leader in the Insurance industry. This is a mid-to-senior level role for a proactive professional who specializes in large-scale financial systems projects and possesses a deep understanding of Oracle ERP ecosystems. The successful candidate will be a "hands-on" leader capable of managing complex global projects across North America, EMEA, and LATAM. We are looking for an individual contributor who can ramp up immediately, command a room of C-suite stakeholders, and drive full-cycle projects to completion using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of critical financial systems initiatives. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Requirements

  • 10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5–10 years specifically in Project Management.
  • Proven track record with Oracle ERP Systems and Oracle Data Migration is mandatory.
  • A strong background in Finance system projects (Oracle EBS or SAP) is a must-have.
  • Mastery of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple regions (LATAM, EMEA, NA).
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Independent, proactive, and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to solve problems. Must be able to lead meetings independently and engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Execution: Lead at least 5 full Project Life Cycles from initiation through closure, specifically focusing on Oracle ERP systems and data migrations.
  • Financial Systems Alignment: Bridge the gap between IT and Finance to ensure system implementations (Oracle EBS/SAP) meet rigorous business requirements.
  • Global Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with and present to C-level executives and global project teams across different time zones.
  • Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage shifts in project scope or budget with formal documentation.
  • Resource & Quality Control: Manage personnel and materials effectively, ensuring all deliverables meet the required standards of a global MNC.
