Venue Nation’s Brand Fulfillment team is seeking a creative Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of high-volume, localized creative across venues in the United States. This role partners with regional venue Marketing, Sales Marketing, and Operations teams to oversee creative project management, production timelines, and asset delivery. The Senior Project Manager works closely with project stakeholders, designers, and external production resources to ensure creative work is delivered efficiently, consistently, and on brand. This role provides senior-level oversight of a team of project managers, creative workflows and project coordination, ensuring projects are executed smoothly from planning through delivery while driving process improvements and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of previous project management, creative production, or marketing experience
  • Ability to adapt, communicate, and manage in a fast-paced working environment across several time zones
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in Asana, Airtable, or similar project management tool is strongly preferred
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of core creative terminology, technical specs, and file formats
  • Experience in live entertainment, hospitality, or venue-based businesses is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own creative service requests for regional brand fulfillment for owned and operated venues
  • Lead and guide a team of project managers- cultivating teamwork, collaboration, and trust to ensure consistent execution and quality performance
  • Oversee intake, briefing, prioritization, routing, and approvals across internal teams and external partners
  • Serve as a main point of contact for regional stakeholders, providing clear updates, guidance and communication
  • Collaborate with design resources to maintain brand consistency and quality across regional creative deliverables
  • Participate in brand handoff walkthroughs to ensure clear transition from activation to execution
  • Identify challenges and implement process improvements to support increased project volume and scale production effectively
  • Maintain project documentation, tracking, reporting and provide insights to operational leadership to support continuous improvement
  • Drive the implementation, adoption, and optimization of operational tools, automations, and standardized workflows to enhance team efficiency and production scale
