THE ROLE The Product Ancillary Manager will be responsible for the oversight of consistent guidelines and application thereof, for Ticketmaster (presale/upsell) and onsite revenue opportunities for Indoor Venues within Venue Nation, including but not limited to Premier Parking, Fast Lane, VIP Club/Lounge, Future Ticket Sales, On Site seating upgrades, bundling of products and other ancillary revenue upsells as assigned. Ancillary Revenue Manager will act as central contact for indoor venue pricing and premium products. WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO The Product Ancillary Manager will be responsible for assisting the Ancillary Revenue Manager and Pricing/Ticketing team on marketing, pricing, and revenue management for all concert events for all ancillary revenue products. Upsell Management: The Product Ancillary Manager will be trained in the use of Ticketmaster to assist the box office managers with building upsells for club/theatre shows, including but not limited to Premier Parking, VIP Club/Lounge, Bundled Packages, and other Ancillary products. Pricing strategies: The Ancillary Revenue Manager will be responsible for discussing and implementing pricing strategies and national learnings for each show. The Revenue manager will converse with the GM’s and Leadership of Clubs/HOB’s/Pod Leaders on best practices, dynamic pricing, and revenue execution as shows play off. Act as central contact for indoor venue pricing and premium products The Product Ancillary Manager will be responsible for creatively finding new revenue streams for Venue Nation facilities. Support launch and optimization of new premium products & new venues The Product Ancillary Manager will work with the Ancillary Revenue Manager, General Managers and national venue marketing team to drive meaningful upsells on each event through click-throughs on fan journeys and other promotions. Three to five years of experience in the concert industry. Passion for live music Ability to walk and stand for long period of time. Ability to lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds. Flexible Schedule (days/nights, weekends). High school diploma required.
