Role We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation to join our People and Culture (P&C) department. This role is based in San Jose, CA (onsite Tuesday-Thursday), reporting to the Director, P&C Transformation within the People Operations team. You will play a critical role in driving global business transformation initiatives and high-priority strategic efforts. In this role, you will ensure adherence to QA frameworks, uphold governance standards, and oversee the management of transformation programs to deliver measurable impact, scalability, and exceptional employee experiences. You will build partnerships with functional leaders to accomplish projects aimed at increasing better user experience and accelerating results.
