About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead large-scale finance transformation programs, driving efficiency, automation, and strategic alignment across global Finance operations. You will work at the intersection of finance, technology, and process improvement, translating organizational goals into structured, measurable programs. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions, integrate systems, and adopt AI-driven capabilities. You will establish governance frameworks, risk controls, and change management practices to support compliance and global adoption. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong executive communication and leadership skills, enabling impactful transformation while fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on finance transformation or operations.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives in global or high-growth environments.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and systems (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Quote-to-Cash).
  • Experience with compliance and control frameworks, including audit and SOX.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Confluence.
  • Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma; experience with AI, RPA, or analytics in finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide finance transformation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and AI-driven operations.
  • Manage cross-functional programs across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and Engineering to drive automation, process improvements, and system integrations.
  • Develop structured program roadmaps with clear milestones, risks, and success metrics.
  • Establish governance, compliance, and change management practices to support audit readiness and global adoption.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular program updates and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to ensure programs deliver measurable outcomes on time and within scope.
