We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Business Transformation to join our People and Culture (P&C) department. This role is based in San Jose, CA (onsite Tuesday-Thursday), reporting to the Director, P&C Transformation within the People Operations team. You will play a critical role in driving global business transformation initiatives and high-priority strategic efforts. In this role, you will ensure adherence to QA frameworks, uphold governance standards, and oversee the management of transformation programs to deliver measurable impact, scalability, and exceptional employee experiences. You will build partnerships with functional leaders to accomplish projects aimed at increasing better user experience and accelerating results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience driving global change and HR transformation
  • Demonstrated experience applying in-depth knowledge of HR operations
  • Ability to structure and scope complex problems, apply a range of analytical tools to develop solutions, and prioritize risks
  • Experience enforcing QA methodologies and ensuring governance adherence as part of broader transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional projects and driving strategic outcomes across global teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering a broad range of HR initiatives, spanning operational programs, workplace initiatives, reporting & analytics, and HR system initiatives
  • Expertise in balancing quality governance frameworks with practical, scalable solutions
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budget

Responsibilities

  • Work with several departments and functional leaders at the highest levels of the organization to detail current processes, develop new processes and lead transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial goals of the business while preparing for the future
  • Understand the current P&C landscape vs. the strategic direction of the organization and extract the relevant information to support requirement definition, business design, usability design and end-user testing
