Senior Project Development Engineer – Distributed Energy Resources (DER) & Energy Efficiency
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Project Development Engineer with a strong engineering background and customer-facing experience to support the development of distributed energy resources (DER) and energy efficiency, and demand management projects. This role focuses on identifying, assessing, and developing energy projects—including battery energy storage systems (BESS) and other energy efficiency and resiliency measures—for Commercial, Utility and Industrial (C&I) customers. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strong communication skills, enabling them to work directly with customers, internal engineering teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project development lifecycle.
