About The Position

The Senior Project Analyst is responsible for providing high-level analytical support to project teams, conducting in-depth project analysis, and ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of project progress. This role requires a skilled professional with strong analytical abilities, experience in project data analysis, and the capability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to support project success. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze complex project data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improving project performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project analysis or a related analytical role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project reports, dashboards, and metrics to track project performance and progress.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of project data by implementing data quality controls and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to gather data, provide analytical support, and assist in decision-making processes.
  • Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues through data analysis and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Participate in project team meetings and communicate project status updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including analysis methodologies, data sources, and reporting templates.
  • Monitor the Strategic Road map for process, progress updates, initiative delivery timeline, and regular progress reporting to senior leadership
  • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
