Organizational Context and Scope

The United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) operates globally,
providing resettlement opportunities to refugees through a network of
IOM-managed Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), movement operations, migration
health services, and associated program support functions. IOM Washington
provides strategic oversight and direction for all USRAP operations, supporting
global partners including the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population,
Refugees and Migration (PRM), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS),
the Refugee Processing Center (RPC), and other stakeholders.

The Senior Programme Support Coordinator, USRAP serves as the central
coordinator of program support functions, integrating strategic reporting,
financial and programmatic monitoring and evaluation oversight, policy and
guidance development, cross‑pillar coordination, and strategic support to the
Global Programme Coordinator, USRAP. 

Under the overall supervision of the Chief, Global and Domestic Programmes Unit,
and the direct supervision of the Global Programme Coordinator, USRAP, the
Senior Programme Support Coordinator, USRAP has the following responsibilities
