Organizational Context and Scope The United States Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) operates globally, providing resettlement opportunities to refugees through a network of IOM-managed Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), movement operations, migration health services, and associated program support functions. IOM Washington provides strategic oversight and direction for all USRAP operations, supporting global partners including the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Refugee Processing Center (RPC), and other stakeholders. In order to ensure compliance and strengthen the integrity of the programme, the USRAP Global Coordination Team in Washington, D.C., organizes regular data collection and monitoring exercises and periodic evaluations of different elements of the programme. Under the overall supervision of the Global Programme Coordinator, USRAP, and the direct supervision of the Senior Programme Support Coordinator, USRAP, the Programme Coordinator, USRAP Monitoring and Evaluation, will be responsible and accountable for supporting the Monitoring and Evaluation activities in relation to global USRAP operations.
