About The Position

What are we looking for in a Senior Program Manager? The Senior Program Manager provides clinical supervision and administrative oversight of assigned staff. Oversee the program operations, coordinates with external partners for referrals and ensures the provision of the model to fidelity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social or behavioral science or related field
  • Washington State Agency Licensed Affiliated Counselor Registration or Professional Licensure
  • Must have valid driver's license, vehicle liability insurance, and a minimum of two years of safe driving experience

Responsibilities

  • Conducts and/or provides information to ensure full CANS assessments are completed every 90 days for assigned Wraparound with Intensive Services (WIse) children/youth on active caseload
  • Conducts and documents on-going clinical supervision consistent with Comprehensive Healthcare's policies and procedures, and consistent with the requirements for the supervised employee's professional credentials
  • Utilizes appropriate crisis intervention techniques for client stabillization
  • Effectively and legally interviews applicants and makes appropriate staff selections
  • Provides direction, supervision, coaching, training and regular performance feedback to build employee skills and support progress toward goals
  • Conducts in program screening processes according to program guidelines
  • Maintains accurate and up to date data collection per agency policies, WAC requirements and WIse obligations. Assures client files meet agency, WAC and WIse requirements
  • Networks with area community groups and agencies regarding program services.
  • Understands, provides system training and monitors the data entered into the Behavior Health Assessment System for the agency
  • Ensures provision of program crisis coverage and services 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
