About The Position

Your responsibilities will include: Building ownership and accountability within the team to ensure milestone achievement and timely deliverables Delivering regular project updates and business phase reviews to senior leadership Developing budgets, resource allocation plans, and long-range timelines to ensure program success

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in product development or project/program management in a regulated industry
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to lead through influence and apply situational leadership to manage team dynamics
• Results-oriented with a positive, proactive mindset focused on execution excellence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management platforms (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in oncology or oncology-related medical device development
• PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification
