About The Position

TRC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support our expanding Environmental, Construction & Remediation Practice on an on-call basis to provide environmental site assessment and remediation subject matter expertise. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to join our growing and successful engineering, construction, and remediation practice. The successful candidate will have experience in program management, environmental due diligence, environmental site assessment, and environmental remediation. Environmental site assessment and remediation experience includes the preparation and review of investigation and status reports and the review of basis of design and remediation plans for chlorinated solvent, PFAS, and other hazardous materials contaminated sites. Environmental due diligence includes the evaluation of environmental risks and the preparation of ASTM Phase I ESA and related reports for individual and/or portfolios of commercial and/or data center facilities to support business transaction environmental liability and cost risk analysis.

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in an appropriate technical discipline (e.g., geology, environmental science, engineering), with an advanced degree or complimentary additional degree a plus.
  • Minimum 20 years of experience in an environmental assessment and remediation management.
  • Demonstrated experience working on high complexity projects and delivering high quality work products on schedule.

Nice To Haves

  • M.S. degree in an appropriate technical discipline (e.g., geology, environmental science, engineering) and/or MBA.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing written documents (e.g., technical memoranda, reports, designs, and plans).
  • Providing strategic advice on projects.
  • Preparing environmental due diligence reports
