The Senior Clinical Pharmacist, Oncology Program will lead and help develop Premera’s oncology program as part of a core team. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with care management, utilization management, provider/member relations, and market-facing teams to enhance the oncology member experience and program outcomes . You are responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and communicating pharmacy initiatives, programs, and services to both internal and external stakeholders. This role ensures the clinically appropriate and cost-effective use of medication, aligning with and supporting Premera's clinical and financial goals.
