About The Position

Whirlpool Corporation is seeking a Manager, Brand Management to join WoW Studios, our internal marketing agency. WoW Studios is transforming how we connect with consumers through bold creativity, digital innovation, and seamless storytelling. We power iconic brands like JennAir, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Maytag, and Amana, driving best-in-class marketing experiences across every touchpoint. As a Manager, Program Management, you’ll play a key role in delivering best-in-class execution for brand-led full funnel campaigns and high-impact product launch activations. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between cross-functional teams, creative talent, and brand leadership, ensuring marketing programs are strategically aligned, efficiently managed, and flawlessly delivered across channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in program, project, or account management within a marketing or agency environment.
  • Demonstrated track record managing integrated marketing programs, specifically product launches and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of brand CCI campaigns and product launch activations across multiple brands and channels.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary WoW Studios point of contact for cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment, transparency, and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Planning: Translate business goals and brand positioning into actionable marketing programs with clear scopes, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Social Process Innovation: Partner with content creators to establish and manage agile social processes, ensuring rapid-response execution and high-quality content delivery.
  • Project Integrity: Partner with brand and marketing leads to ensure work reflects project objectives and delivers a consistent experience across digital, retail, and moment-of-purchase touchpoints.
  • Omni-Channel Delivery: Drive performance and brand impact by ensuring campaigns are executed consistently across digital, social, shopper marketing, and retail environments.
  • Resource Coordination: Collaborate with Resource Management and Creative Operations to ensure appropriate staffing and accurate project allocations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps and lead improvements to increase operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the integrity of program documentation, including project trackers, structured agendas, and actionable meeting recaps.
  • Brand Stewardship: Provide strategic input to ensure all creative and content outputs remain strictly aligned with brand strategy and consumer expectations.
