About The Position

As Senior Manager, Program Management, you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that are critical to Vectra AI’s product innovation and business strategy in the cybersecurity and AI space. You will partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to drive clarity, alignment, and execution across highly technical, fast-moving initiatives.
This role is ideal for a program leader who thrives in environments involving advanced technology, data-driven products, and evolving security landscapes. You will own program execution from early planning through launch and post-launch optimization, while continuously improving visibility, predictability, and outcomes across the program portfolio.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program/project management experience.
• Experience in technical product environments (SaaS, AI/ML, cybersecurity, or similar).
• Strong business and technical acumen.
• Experience influencing in matrixed organizations.
• Strategic planning and execution skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI-driven, data-intensive, or cybersecurity products.
• Experience developing and driving programs to support a Channel organization
• Familiarity with secure software development or cloud platforms.
• Experience with compliance- or trust-sensitive launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional programs supporting AI-powered and security-focused products and capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to translate technical roadmaps into executable program plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to plan and execute successful launches.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and communications across teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks.
• Ensure cross-functional and go-to-market readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Analyze post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present executive-level updates.
