The Leadership Coaching Institute (LCI) at the Mitch Daniels School of Business is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Program Manager to champion the growth and success of our high-impact programs. As a vital member of our leadership team, the Senior Program Manager will collaborate directly with the Head of LCI to lead and execute strategic initiatives that enrich the student experience and strengthen our partnerships with coaches, faculty, and organizational collaborators. This highly visible role is at the center of our mission, fostering effective communication, seamless program execution, and transformative experiences for all stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager will also play an active part in Center for Working Well events and projects, providing broad opportunities for professional development and influence across our school. As the primary point of contact for many of our valued internal and external partners, this position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and is eager to drive positive change.
