About The Position
The Orange County Department of Education is seeking a Leadership Coaching Administrator to lead a countywide coaching program that strengthens the instructional, cultural, and systems leadership of school site administrators. This role ensures high-quality, standards-aligned coaching and partners with districts to support leadership development. Centered on equity, communication, and continuous improvement, the Administrator will help shape a strong leadership culture across Orange County schools.
Requirements
- Master's degree in education, education administration, behavior management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of successful K-12 site leadership experience
- A valid California credential authorizing instruction or service in a public school program
- A valid California Administrative credential
