Reporting to the Director, Product Operations, the Senior Program Manager, Member Growth II will drive cross-functional initiatives that are critical to delivering high-impact outcomes for product. You’ll partner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to plan, execute, and optimize strategic programs that align with company goals. This role requires a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, excels at stakeholder coordination, and brings a strong sense of accountability and structure to fast-paced programs that rely on various teams to deliver holistic business impact. Your initial focus will be driving a portfolio of high-impact member growth initiatives - partnering across Product, Data, Revenue, Finance and external teams to identify priorities, challenge assumptions, and execute against opportunities that improve engagement and business outcomes. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in New York City, with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week at our 60 Madison Avenue location. Candidates must be based in the NYC metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days of their start date. Occasional travel will be required for team on-sites.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of program management, product operations, project management experience within a high-performing tech org, preferably embedded in product, engineering or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, including communicating effectively to the executive level.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Coda)
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume and frequency of detailed requests, some of which require a tight turnaround
  • Proven self-management, time-management and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset for prioritizing and decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product, marketing, engineering, and cross-functional teams teams.
  • Define and track success metrics tied to member growth and program impact, using insights to continuously refine priorities and improve outcomes.
  • Create and manage comprehensive program plans - including clearly defined success metrics tied to member growth and timelines - ensuring measurable impact and on-time delivery.
  • Translate complex program data into clear, actionable updates for senior stakeholders - highlighting progress, risks, and business impact to support informed decision-making.
  • Drive clear communication and alignment across stakeholders. Continuously gather and apply stakeholder feedback to enhance the quality, reliability, and impact of program outcomes.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers - facilitating resolution and tradeoff decisions.
  • Foster continuous improvement by implementing scalable processes, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
