About The Position

Senior Program Manager - DLA Spares Company: The Boeing Company Boeing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader as the Senior Program Manager for our DLA (Defense Logistics Agency) spares portfolio covering US Army platforms in Mesa, AZ. This role is critical in ensuring Army platform readiness through flawless execution of transactional spares and Performance-Based Logistics programs. Position Responsibilities: Lead the execution of US Army platform scope under the DLA-Boeing Captains of Industry (BCOI) contract, including the Apache / Chinook Global Support program Drive successful acquisition and execution of DLA transactional spares for Apache and Chinook consumables and Depot Level Repairables (DLRs) Coordinate actions across Boeing functions to ensure customer-focused outcomes and effective program execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with DLA and US Army customers to understand their needs and drive program success Collaborate with BDS and other BGS programs to develop sustainment solutions for future platform growth Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years’ experience in program management, particularly within the defense sector and/or active duty military 5+ years’ experience using leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams 10+ years’ experience demonstrating communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions to remove barriers to operational success Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline) Experience working with US Army customers and understanding their operational requirements A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in program management, particularly within the defense sector and/or active duty military
