For this position, we are specifically seeking a registered dietitian with broad subject matter expertise in eating disorders and clinical nutrition. The Senior Program Development Lead will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of nutrition-related clinical services, standards of care, protocols, and educational materials at Equip. The Senior Program Development Lead will work under the supervision of a Director of Program Development to lead small, cross functional teams in the development of dietary protocols and services. This role will also serve as a project manager, contributor, and subject matter expert for other cross-functional teams and program development initiatives. The Senior Program Development Lead, Nutrition has subject matter expertise in areas broadly related to eating disorders, nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and health technology. They should also have a working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for treating eating disorders and common co-occurring medical conditions. They have prior experience working as part of a collaborative team, are organized, proactive, and have a strong, demonstrated track record of productivity.
