As the Undergraduate Senior Program Coordinator, you’ll be a vital part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team that supports students from diverse backgrounds as they pursue careers in environmental science and policy, climate studies, and marine science and conservation. You’ll work closely with students, faculty, and staff across Duke’s Nicholas School of the Environment (NSOE) in Durham and Beaufort, supporting undergraduate programs in Environmental Science/Environmental Science and Policy (ENV), Earth & Climate Sciences (ECS), and the Marine Science and Conservation (MARSCI) major. Your role will be central to fostering student success, provide administrative support to faculty, and ensuring the smooth operation of academic and engagement programs, and involves periodic early morning, evening, and weekend hours, as well as occasional travel to the Duke University Marine Lab in Beaufort, NC.
