About The Position

The Central Jersey Medical Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center in the state of NJ seeking a full time Senior Program Administrator – Addiction Medicine & Mental Health Services. Our mission is to provide services to patients regardless of ability to pay, race, ethnicity, and cultural competence. By joining and being a member of our team, you will be able to give great care to patients as well as work in a great environment.
We’re launching an integrated addiction & mental health program—seamless MAT, counseling, same-day access. Need a sharp leader to run it all: supervise providers, build treatment plans, optimize scheduling, handle compliance (HIPAA, CARF, grants), track outcomes, manage budgets/staff.

Requirements

• Master’s (healthcare admin/psych/social work)
• 5+ years behavioral health leadership (integrated addiction/mental health ideal)
• certifications like LCADC/CADC
• strong org/data skills
• licensed preferred
