About The Position

Client Engagement & Program Design: Accomplished Technical Director with a hands-on approach, adept at merging advanced technical knowledge with effective leadership to consistently deliver impactful, high-stakes productions to a worldwide audience. Collaborate closely with clients to define program design, encompassing all production elements such as music, voice-over, graphics, video content, and inbound/outbound feeds. Develop comprehensive show flows in consultation with clients, detailing all program elements and managing budget creation as appropriate. Provide expert consultation to clients on optimal technical and creative approaches for all aspects of production. Conduct rehearsals and preparatory work with clients to ensure readiness for production. Work in close conjunction with technical crews and venue staff to ensure the availability and operational readiness of all necessary equipment and facilities for the production. Coordinate with rental houses to procure additional assets such as specialized set pieces, furniture, and supplemental audio/visual equipment not included in standard packages. Work and rehearse with talent, facilitating their comfort and adapting existing materials as necessary for the show. Develop and implement action plans to address any identified issues for future productions. 10+ years of extensive experience in multimedia support and event production. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multimedia products and event technologies. Exceptional interpersonal skills, encompassing both written and oral communication. A highly organized, self-starting, and detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to accuracy. Proven ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated good judgment and strong problem-solving skills. Absolute discretion when handling confidential matters. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player. Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure project completion and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of extensive experience in multimedia support and event production
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multimedia products and event technologies
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, encompassing both written and oral communication
