We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape how AfterShip tells its story and wins in the global market. This is not just another PMM role. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product Marketing and other GTM leaders to be the strategic voice connecting our products to customer needs. You’ll define how we position, package, and launch solutions that drive revenue growth. From messaging frameworks and persona development to market insights, you’ll build the go-to-market strategy that guides how AfterShip shows up with customers, partners, and the market. With high visibility across leadership and GTM teams, you’ll play a defining role in: Shaping the company’s go-to-market engine globally, with a heavy focus on North America Translating product innovation into compelling, customer-centric narratives Equipping GTM teams with the stories and tools that drive pipeline and adoption Informing global positioning that helps AfterShip stand out against top competitors This role reports to the Head of Product Marketing in NA and will require some collaboration across time zones around 1-3 times a week.
