A strong business leader: You're a systems thinker who understands how organizations operate and rely on strong business acumen to quickly break down key business issues to inform insights and recommendations; you feel comfortable showing up well with both internal executives and customers Organized: You showcase the ability to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing resources based on business impact. Passionate and curious about technology: We work on the cutting edge of AI, and you don't hesitate to dive into technical concepts in order to simplify and effectively communicate them An empathetic manager and partner: You care deeply about the needs of your team and cross-functional partners, relying on strong interpersonal and communications skills to guide teams towards success
