Position: Senior Product Manager Job Location : 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066 Duties: Lead multiple product developments for Walmart's Auto Care Centers (ACC) team focusing on improving tire conversion. Lead product development for Walmart's application and website such as end to end badging creation, notification center, and self-check in the ecosystem. Lead product development for compliance threads such as gathering location consent from all Walmart's users and ensuring proper registration of Walmart sold tires. Define the vision and roadmap for upcoming quarters, lead discovery for future products, perform A/B tests to examine product impact, and build tools to monitor the health of Walmart's ACC ecosystem. This position does not supervise employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management. Skills required: Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Experience with analytics using SQL, Splunk, Excel, and R. Experience creating "Go to Market" strategies. Experience creating Epics and Product Requirements Documentation (PRD). Experience creating user stories and process flows. Experience with Tableau or Looker. Experience with product discovery and gap analysis. Experience designing and running A/B tests and Multivariate tests. Experience calculating and utilizing customer lifetime value models to target customers and optimize strategies. Experience building 0-1 products. Experience with product research. Experience managing stakeholders. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. Salary Range: $159,328/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
