Guild is hiring a Senior Product Manager . The Opportunity Guild's value to employers depends on one thing: whether we can prove that education actually leads to career advancement. That proof lives in data—and that data has to flow seamlessly between our platform and the HR systems our clients already use (Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle). This role owns that entire integration layer. You'll build the connectors and APIs that make Guild "plug and play" for enterprise clients, turning what's historically been a painful implementation process into a competitive advantage. If you want to own infrastructure that directly drives revenue and client retention, this is it. Here are the outcomes you will be expected to achieve Enterprise clients can integrate with Guild faster and with less hand-holding than any competitor Data flows reliably between Guild and client HR systems throughout the entire student lifecycle—from enrollment through career progression Our integration platform becomes a genuine selling point in deals, not just a checkbox Here's what you will do in this role to achieve these outcomes Define the roadmap for our integration platform, deciding which connectors to build, which to improve, and in what order Work directly with engineering to ship high-quality APIs that partners actually want to use Build out self-service capabilities (documentation, sandboxes, playgrounds) so partners can integrate without needing our team on every call Partner with Sales and Account Management to understand what's blocking deals or frustrating clients Own the data integrity problem—making sure what we send and receive is accurate and complete You are probably a strong candidate for this role if you've accomplished Built and shipped APIs or integration products that external partners actually used (not just internal tooling) Navigated enterprise sales cycles where your product was part of the technical evaluation Taken a messy, high-touch integration process and turned it into something more scalable Worked directly with large enterprise clients to gather requirements and incorporate feedback Made hard prioritization calls when partners all wanted different things Here are the skills/competencies you have that will be needed to achieve the expected outcomes Deep understanding of APIs, data models, and how enterprise integrations actually work Ability to translate technical complexity into clear language for Sales, clients, and executives Comfort with ambiguity—this area doesn't have a perfect playbook yet Strong collaboration instincts, especially with engineering teams 5+ years in product management or a comparable role
