We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead and optimize our consumer finance shopping experience across the digital funnel. This role will focus on improving how customers discover, evaluate, and complete financing through intuitive, data-driven experiences that drive measurable business outcomes. As a Senior Product Manager on the Consumer Product team, you will own and evolve critical components of the finance shopping journey, from initial engagement through application and conversion. Your primary focus will be optimizing an existing funnel to improve customer confidence, reduce friction, and increase funded contracts. You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and business performance, using data and experimentation to continuously refine the experience. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and risk teams, as well as close collaboration with partners across Ford Motor and the dealer ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, prioritizing the right problems, and delivering solutions that balance customer needs, business goals, and regulatory constraints. This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple stakeholders and a direct tie to revenue outcomes.
