Position: Senior Product Manager Job Location: 702 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, AR, 72716 Duties: Drives the product discovery process by collaborating with the Business, User Experience, and Engineering Teams during discovery to assess value, usability and feasibility of product features; specifying, prioritizing, and communicating high level and detailed product specifications; and using written specifications, business rules, flows, cases and user experience generated deliverables (for example, prototypes, wireframes, design and copy documents). Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product within a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives by using customer and market research, customer and user feedback, customer usage, and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhancements; and working with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions. Supports product implementation and deployment by engaging with Engineering and Project Management during implementation to answer questions and make scope trade off decisions; working closely with Marketing and the business to launch products and ensure their adoption; coordinating post-launch activities to validate that the product works as designed and that acceptance testing was successful; managing the development of training materials; training and supporting users on new product features; managing close-loop feedback cycles to encompass customer and user comments and needs; and defining, tracking and improving key product metrics. Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales. Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 1 year of product management experience or related experience OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of product management experience or related experience. Skills Required: Must have experience with: Long range and quarterly planning, managing roadmaps, and formulating product strategy; Going through SDLC lifecycle and practicing agile methodologies using tools like Jira, Confluence for product development; Post-production support, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to define and maintain service level agreements (SLAs); Collaborating with cross functional stakeholders to support enterprise-wide initiatives; Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and identify optimization opportunities; Utilizing data analysis techniques using tools like SQL, ES, Big Query, Tableau, Power BI to gain insights into user behavior; Working on data analytics products & REST API based data integration; Demand planning and supply network planning using forecasting techniques that helps driving product improvements across the supply chain; Working on a product in AI/ML space; Owning a product end to end that impacts the company's P&L performance; Launching large-scale, highly complex B2B and B2C products from scratch; Integrating with partners and vendors via APIs and other integration methods, and building tools for vendors; Applying the Supply Chain Domain knowledge for informed product development; Documenting processes through PRDs/PRFAQs, user guides, training materials and other support resources for new product features.
