Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-informed decision-making mindset.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, optimization, and digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience building automation solutions and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in distributed, remote settings.
• Comfort working across time zones and flexible schedules.
• Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools for prototyping and early-stage validation.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
