Kestra Financial is undergoing a multi-year transformation to modernize and scale its Salesforce ecosystem across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Marketing Cloud, and AI-enabled capabilities. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for the platform —driving measurable outcomes that support advisor growth, operational efficiency, and Kestra’s enterprise transformation goals. In this senior role, you will own a Salesforce product domain, influence cross-functional strategy, and serve as a thought leader in how Salesforce can elevate the Kestra advisor and client experience. You will partner closely with senior leaders, architects, developers, and business owners to shape the platform’s long-term trajectory and guide delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, Salesforce platform ownership, or business technology leadership.
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with FSC, Advisor and Client 360 models.
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-year product roadmaps for enterprise Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into technical priorities and actionable product requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior executives and cross-functional groups.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience building metrics and evaluating product success.
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform governance, DevOps pipelines, and scalable architectural patterns.
  • Familiarity with MarTech stacks, enterprise integrations, data architecture, and automation tooling.
  • Experience with AI/ML capabilities, predictive analytics, or workflow intelligence concepts.
  • Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).

Responsibilities

  • Define and continuously evolve the strategic vision for the Salesforce Platform, ensuring strong alignment with Kestra’s business goals and advisor experience strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSC, workflow automation, integrations, and AI-driven capabilities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and automation to enhance advisor servicing, onboarding, case management, and sales processes.
  • Serve as a senior product leader and trusted advisor across the Digital Technology organization and business units.
  • Partner with senior leadership across business groups to understand strategic objectives and pain points.
  • Lead executive-level discovery, journey mapping, persona definition, and data analysis to inform priority decisions.
  • Communicate product decisions, tradeoffs, dependencies, and value to senior stakeholders with clarity and influence.
  • Own and maintain a refined, strategic backlog aligned to roadmap, business value, and platform governance standards.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to define scalable solutions grounded in best practices and platform reuse.
  • Guide Agile ceremonies, ensure delivery quality, support UAT execution, and steward the platform through release cycles.
  • Oversee vendor engagement and delivery quality for any third-party partners supporting roadmap execution.
  • Champion platform standards related to data quality, security, system architecture, integration patterns, and documentation.
  • Drive KPIs and analytics to monitor platform performance, operational efficiency, and user adoption.
  • Partner with enablement teams to ensure change management best practices are followed and executed to drive adoption.
