Position Summary: The Technology & Digital Solutions team is responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, and secure technology platforms that support the firm’s investment operations, including order origination, trade execution, and investment compliance. The Salesforce Enterprise Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for platforms that enable primarily (80%) Distribution (Marketing & Sales), Legal & Compliance, Finance and Human Resources. This includes managing product backlogs, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, and ensuring that technology solutions align with the firm’s investment goals and compliance standards. The role involves stewardship of both internally developed solutions and vendor platforms, with a focus on data integrity, operational efficiency, and user experience. This individual will work closely with distribution professionals, compliance teams, and engineering partners to translate business needs into actionable technology initiatives. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of asset management workflows, strong product leadership, and the ability to drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
