About the Role: As a CBRE D&T Product Sr. Director, you will oversee the department that develops products based on user needs, business objectives, and advanced technical feasibility. This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages. What You'll Do: Act as strategic advisor to stakeholders and customers on business investments. Define and drive product vision and long-term strategy that aligns with business outcomes and growth objectives. Drive product adoption, usage and satisfaction across the customer lifecycle. Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining success metrics and ongoing enhancements. Own GTM in partnership with Technology, Marketing and Finance. Navigate and influence enterprise level decision making across all LOBs. Lead across functions for product launch plan efforts ensuring organizational readiness. Conduct market, user and competitive landscape research to inform roadmap, prioritization, investment strategy and innovation. Ensure alignment between business strategy and product outcomes. Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. Execute operational strategies, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Act as a key business partner to put in place initiatives and start process improvements. Partner with national and global senior management to develop and implement strategies that optimize operational performance and support the business. Direct the business operations activities nationally. Develop partnerships with internal department management. Apply deep knowledge of multiple disciplines, broad industry knowledge, and commercial awareness. Drive financial and functional performance within disciplines and across business. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Negotiate with senior management, customers, and external parties of divergent interests to reach an agreement of strategic importance while being guided by the business segment and the organization's functional strategy. Conceptualize new methods, techniques, processes, and standards across job disciplines or functions. Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems by applying advanced critical thinking.
