About The Position

If you want to be part of a product-driven, tech-forward team building real-world impact at scale, you're in the right place. The Opportunity Lead the next chapter of Maestro, our core platform. Your mandate is to make Maestro an AI‑first, API‑ready foundation that lets every product team ship better experiences faster without getting blocked on the back end. You will focus on clear product outcomes, not deep technical specs: enabling rapid app development, consistent data quality, and dependable operations. You will partner closely with the field experience team to ensure the highest-quality data from the field app and collaborate with Operations to deliver faster workflows for scheduling, routing, and management of Seekers (inspectors).

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-10+ years in Product Management with significant time spent on platforms, internal tools, or multi-product enablement. Experience with mobile apps and/or operations-heavy workflows is a plus.
  • Domain Strength: Proven work owning platform products (APIs, services, data models) at scale-clear contracts, versioning/migrations, and SLOs for availability/latency. Familiar with AI-enablement layers, computer vision, and platform observability. Preferred but not required: insurance or real estate experience.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of API design, service-oriented systems, and platform abstractions; comfortable with trade-offs on consistency, performance, and cost.
  • AI Fluency: Familiarity with LLM/AI building blocks, computer vision, AI-driven QA/QC, and when to automate vs. assist.
  • Communication: Excellent communicator and partner to engineering; proven track record aligning executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer Empathy: Skilled at structured interviews and synthesizing qualitative + quantitative signals into decisions.
  • Curious and Creative: Naturally curious about emerging tools and trends; experiment responsibly and apply them to real workflows.
  • Security & Governance: Practical experience with SSO, RBAC, secrets, and audit for enterprise customers; understands privacy by design and data lifecycle controls.
  • Data & Experimentation: Hands-on with instrumentation and analytics; experienced in A/B and switchback testing for platform features and AI quality evaluation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the Maestro platform vision, strategy, and multiyear roadmap; translate outcomes into quarterly plans and measurable KPIs.
  • Partner with Engineering to set SLAs for availability, latency, throughput, and change-fail rate; own capacity planning and cost guardrails.
  • Provide simple, well-explained interfaces (APIs and guidance) so teams can self-serve.
  • Offer examples, templates, and change management support (release notes, migration guidance) that reduce rework.
  • Co-own a shared plan with Mobile to raise the quality and completeness of data captured in the field app.
  • Align on definitions ("first-time-right," "complete," "actionable") and remove friction in capture, sync, and handoffs.
  • Map current scheduling and routing flows end-to-end; identify bottlenecks and manual work.
  • Ship simpler, faster workflows and clear service levels that help deploy Seekers efficiently and predictably.
  • Deliver inspection-focused AI that ensures complete and accurate submissions with proactive guidance and automated checks.
  • Implement guardrails, transparency, and feedback loops for trust and reliability.
  • Manage core AI services: retrieval connectors, embeddings/vector store, prompt library, model registry/routing, evaluation & A/B testing.
  • Ship guardrails (PII redaction, output validation, human-in-the-loop) and observability for model quality.
  • Define feedback loops from apps/agents to continuously improve prompts, retrieval quality, and data quality.
  • Run discovery with customers and internal teams, write concise decision docs, and drive alignment.
  • Prioritize using data and qualitative insights; ship iteratively and learn; celebrate outcomes, not output.
