About The Position

We’re looking for a Platform Product Manager (or Senior PM, depending on experience) to lead the development of Osano’s platform capabilities. This role is central to how every Osano product ships, scales, and differentiates. You will be reporting into the SVP of product management at Osano. You will define and deliver shared services—including workflow orchestration, webhooks, notifications, APIs, and AI-driven platform services—that product teams rely on. You’ll work closely with other PMs as your internal customers while also engaging directly with external B2B users to validate needs, test concepts, and uncover opportunities for platform-level innovations. Success requires balancing speed with completeness, learning by shipping, and maintaining a strong sense of urgency.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of product management experience (PM or Sr. PM level considered based on experience).
  • Experience building platform, shared-services, or API-first products.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design for multi-product needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship quickly, learn from outcomes, and iterate with urgency.
  • Proven collaboration skills across product, engineering, and customer-facing teams.
  • Be willing to attend and, where appropriate, speak at industry conferences or online events

Nice To Haves

  • Has achieved CIPM/CIPT or similar credential, or interested in acquiring the same while in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for Osano’s platform services, from strategy to delivery.
  • Partner with product managers across Osano to understand their needs and ensure platform components support multiple product use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship reliable, extensible platform features at pace.
  • Define requirements for shared services such as workflow engines, webhooks, notifications, core APIs, and cross-product AI agents.
  • Engage with B2B customers to validate platform functionality and surface new opportunities.
  • Establish clear success metrics, ensure platform adoption, and drive continuous improvement.
