About The Position

Freshpaint 3.0 is transforming how healthcare marketers drive results. Your mission is to build the "Spider Web" of bottom-of-funnel integrations—connecting diverse revenue events (appointments, fulfillment, billing, and clinical outcomes) into the Freshpaint data platform. You will ensure these complex data sources are unified with leverage and architectural elegance, providing the fuel that helps our other teams drive ROAS for our customers.

Requirements

  • Integrations Architect: You have a platform-oriented view and experience managing complex, disparate data sources at scale.
  • Outcomes Driven: You think in terms of outcomes and know how to drive toward them, both for your business as well as your customers'.
  • AI-Native: You are an early adopter of AI tooling (LLMs, coding assistants, data agents) and use them to multiply your output and efficiency.
  • Collaborative Strategist: You understand that your success depends on how well your data fuels the specialized engines built by your peer product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Scale the "Spider Web": Architect and maintain a growing ecosystem of integrations with EHRs (e.g., Epic), booking platforms (e.g., Solv), and billing systems, as well as identify and explore new potential dat source integrations that will fuel the Freshpaint advertising and marketi performance engine.
  • Platform Orchestration: Ensure that as our BoF network expands, we manage reconciliation and alignment through scalable platform logic rather than brute-force manual labor.
  • Cross-Team Synergy: Partner with the Identity Team to resolve user journeys, the Ad Platform Team to align top-of-funnel signals, and the Insights Team to power the recommendations that drive ROI.
  • AI-Native Execution: Leverage AI tooling as a core part of your daily workflow to increase productivity, accelerate documentation, and automate complex data mapping challenges.
