Senior Product Manager – Neighbor and Operator Experience

FlowMiami / New York / Palo Alto, NY
$180,000 - $230,000Onsite

About The Position

The buildings are only part of the story. The real work happens in how people experience them — every interaction, every workflow, every moment where something either feels effortless or doesn't. We're looking for a Product Manager to own some of the most important experiences across Flow's resident and operational ecosystem. Someone who wants to understand how the business actually runs — leasing, move-ins, maintenance, renewals, resident support, the day-to-day of keeping a community humming — and then make those workflows simpler, faster, and more human. This is a hands-on role for a builder. You combine strong product judgment with real comfort using modern AI and prototyping tools to explore ideas quickly, validate them with the people doing the work, and partner with design and engineering to bring the right solutions to life. You move fluidly between user interviews, workflow mapping, prototypes, product strategy, and detailed execution. That range is the job. This role sits at the intersection of resident experience, operator experience, and platform leverage. You'll help determine which local workflows, internal tools, and automations should stay market-specific and which should become product across Flow's broader ecosystem. Finally, we believe employees are better together. Every position at Flow has an onsite or in-office requirement.

Requirements

  • 6 to 10 years of product management experience, ideally in complex workflow-heavy domains such as fintech, logistics, hospitality tech, vertical SaaS, commerce, or marketplaces
  • Track record owning ambiguous product areas end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Experience working closely with operational teams, service teams, or frontline users, not just digital consumers
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort with products that blend software, operations, and human coordination
  • Evidence that you have personally experimented with building AI agents, automations, prototypes, or internal tools, even if you are not a full-time engineer
  • Strong product sense and the ability to turn messy workflows into clear user experiences and product decisions.
  • Technical fluency across APIs, data models, workflow systems, and AI-assisted product development
  • Strong judgment about where AI meaningfully improves a workflow, where it introduces risk, and how to evaluate the difference
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to drive alignment with operators, designers, engineers, and leadership
  • Proficiency with modern product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and current AI tooling

Nice To Haves

  • experience in real estate, hospitality, commerce operations, logistics, internal tools, or platform products
  • experience in high-velocity environments where prototyping and iteration speed matter

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for core resident and operational workflows across the customer lifecycle and day-to-day building experience
  • Build deep firsthand understanding of operator workflows by spending time with local teams in-market and observing how work actually gets done
  • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign workflows using product, AI-assisted experiences, and self-service where appropriate
  • Rapidly prototype solutions using modern AI and product development tools to test concepts before full production investment
  • Partner with design, engineering, platform, and operations to turn validated concepts into durable, scalable product
  • Define success through clear customer, operational, and business outcomes, and use data to continuously improve the workflows you own
  • Evaluate local tools, dashboards, and operator-built workflows to determine what should be productized and scaled across Flow
  • Work closely with platform teams to take advantage of emerging internal capabilities across data, workflow, and AI infrastructure
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term system quality, making thoughtful tradeoffs in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
  • Help create a product culture that values clear thinking, rapid iteration, good taste, and strong partnership with the people closest to the work

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package (Medical / Dental / Vision / Disability / Life)
  • Paid time off and 13 paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
  • Access to HSA-compatible plans
  • Pre-tax commuter benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP), free therapy through SpringHealth, acupuncture, and other wellness offerings
