About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our eCommerce MarTech platform, shaping how customers discover, engage, convert, and retain across the digital commerce journey. This role owns meaningful parts of the end-to-end eCommerce experience—from acquisition and onboarding to activation, personalization, and lifecycle engagement—using data, experimentation, and AI-driven capabilities to deliver measurable business impact, including improving conversion across key funnels. You will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Analytics, and Commercial teams. This is a hybrid role based within a commutable distance of one of our hubs i.e. Frisco, TX or San Jose, CA or Newport Beach, CA. You will be required to be onsite on an as-needed basis; when not working onsite, you will work remotely from your home location. Product Strategy, Roadmap & Delivery: Define and own product strategy and roadmaps for eCommerce MarTech capabilities. Identify and define problems, prioritize opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch, including requirements, PRDs, and delivery execution. Customer Discovery, UX & AI-Enabled Solutions: Develop deep customer understanding through qualitative and quantitative research, and leverage AI for problem exploration, solution prototyping, UX validation, personalization, and experimentation to improve end-to-end journeys and conversion. Data, Measurement & Optimization: Define success metrics and continuously measure performance using analytics and experimentation to optimize conversion, engagement, and lifecycle outcomes. Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Leadership: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and Commercial teams. Communicate clearly, articulate trade-offs, drive decisions, solve complex problems, and step into ambiguous or urgent areas with ownership and urgency.
