Senior Product Manager, Investment Capabilities

Vise is seeking an exceptional problem-solver with a strong passion for investment management to join their growing product management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Vise's strategic vision in driving the evolution of investment management. This role involves owning multiple initiatives, driving high velocity execution, and laying the foundation for Vise's long-term product team and culture. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wealth or asset management, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to translate insights into successful product strategies.

• Drive strategy and execution of key initiatives across investment strategy, operations, and engineering teams
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and post-launch optimization
• Translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and requirements that prioritize user experience and customer satisfaction
• Engage with customers and monitor feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
• Lead the ideation and development of new products, features, and enhancements aligned with the company's vision and market demands
• Establish clear processes for managing constraints, balancing trade-offs, and making choices quickly and thoughtfully while aligning with key stakeholders
• Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies to ensure products remain at the forefront of the industry
• Prior experience in wealth or asset management, with an in-depth understanding of investment management
• Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate customer insights into successful product strategies prioritizing user experience
• Experience leading and driving decision making within a broad set of stakeholders across sales, engineering, design, legal, and compliance

• Prior experience in wealth or asset management, with an in-depth understanding of investment management, including allocation strategies, risk management, portfolio construction process, and trade operations.
• A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate customer insights/learnings into successful product strategies that prioritize user experience.
• Experience leading and driving decision making within a broad set of stakeholders, across sales, engineering, design, legal, and compliance.
• A love of experimentation and analytical thinking, which allows you to make data-driven decisions, run meaningful experiments and consistently make improvements to the product.
