So deciding how to best manage your home alongside your personal finances- whether refinancing your mortgage, taking out a HELOC, is difficult, full of friction, and lacks transparency. Our goal on the home team is to automate access to fair and transparent experiences that bridge their home and a member’s financial journey. We are transforming the industry through our Refinance, HELOC, and Home value / equity based experiences to provide members with higher certainty, an easier shopping experience, and unique savings opportunities for their most important asset. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Product Manager to lead our home vertical. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the home and/or fintech industries, strong product management skills related to consumer products, and a passion for creating products that enhance our members’ financial well-being. Requirements

  • 4+ years of consumer-focused Product Management experience; home and/or fintech experience a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital consumer products
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles and product design, specifically for home products
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for financial technology and empowering individuals to improve their financial health through innovative home solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy for the home vertical that solves key member problems but also aligns with Credit Karma’s mission and business objectives.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle for home products, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics, to create and launch innovative home products and features.
  • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for new home products and enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Define and prioritize the home product roadmap, making data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and engagement.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to achieve business goals and KPIs.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
