About The Position

Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care. At Teladoc Health, you are empowered to bring your true self to work while helping millions of people live their healthiest lives. Here you will be part of a high-performance culture where colleagues embrace challenges, drive transformative solutions, and create opportunities for growth. Together, we’re transforming how better health happens. Summary of Position You'll own the roadmap that turns member intent into completed visits. This role is about removing every barrier between someone seeking care and getting it: through UX optimization, funnel experiments, and cross-functional execution. You thrive in ambiguous spaces, bring sharp product instincts, and know how to balance data-driven decisions with the intuition that elevates experiences beyond what metrics alone can capture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping consumer products, the majority in growth focused roles.
  • Growth experience on mass-scale B2C products, bonus for multiple payment/revenue models.
  • Skilled in hypothesis-driven development, experimentation, funnel optimization, and making data-informed decisions to guide product decisions.
  • Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Empathy for users navigating health concerns and passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare access and outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the visit growth roadmap: prioritize investments in UX, discovery, and conversion that turn intent into completed visits.
  • Ship with cross-functional teams: partner with design, engineering, data, clinical, operations, and marketing to eliminate barriers to care.
  • Optimize conversion funnels: use quantitative and qualitative insights to identify drop-off points and prioritize high-impact experiments.
  • Build measurement frameworks: define success metrics and create visibility into what's working, what's not, and why.
  • Balance growth with trust: ensure every optimization reinforces clinical integrity and member trust.
  • Bring sharp product instincts: apply discerning judgement to balance quantitative signals with intuition; elevate the bar on UX polish, interaction design, and end-to-end coherence even when the metrics don't demand it.

Benefits
