About The Position

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before. With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration. As part of our Growth & Product pillar, you will own and drive initiatives that impact the entire customer lifecycle — from acquisition, through engagement and retention, to expansion across our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, customer success, marketing, and sales, establishing a clear vision and executing product strategies that align with our business goals. In this role you will: Take full ownership of your product area and make a significant impact on the company's growth. Define and execute product strategies informed by data, user insights, and market trends. Foster a culture of fast experimentation, learning, and iteration. Evaluate opportunities using both qualitative methods (user interviews, usability tests, surveys) and quantitative data (analytics tools, A/B tests, metrics analysis). Understand the market and competitive landscape to ensure long-term product success. Collaborate with other product managers to share insights, align strategies, and continuously improve our approach.
