Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial systems, ERP, or finance-related technology roles.
• Deep functional knowledge of finance processes, accounting practices, financial reporting, forecasting, and SOX controls.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems or equivalent financial platforms; expertise in Retail or Supply Chain applications is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate complex financial requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, including experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT/Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Passion for process automation, AI-driven innovation, and improving financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial systems supporting transaction processing, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead initiatives to automate end-to-end financial processes, improve data quality, and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Merchandising, Strategy, and Operations teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Champion AI and machine learning initiatives to modernize financial processes and generate actionable insights.
• Ensure data integrity, system scalability, and robust architecture across financial applications.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
