About The Position

In this role, you will own the email channel strategy and delivery for a global engagement platform, ensuring reliable, scalable, and compliant messaging across multiple regions. You will manage relationships with technical vendors, guide product enhancements, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Your work will optimize deliverability, performance, and customer experience, while shaping the roadmap for email integrations and advanced capabilities. You will serve as the internal subject-matter expert on email, influencing strategic decisions and supporting enterprise-level deals. This position provides a chance to combine product management expertise with deep technical knowledge to enhance messaging infrastructure and innovate in email personalization. You will have significant impact on operational processes, vendor performance, and the adoption of AI-driven improvements in the email channel.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably in MarTech, messaging, or infrastructure-heavy platforms
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships with ESPs, inbox technology, or email infrastructure vendors
  • Strong understanding of email delivery ecosystems, authentication, sender reputation, and monitoring tools
  • Experience with APIs and distributed systems related to email delivery
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer-facing teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
  • Excellent communication skills and strategic thinking for both operational and product decisions

Responsibilities

  • Own technical partnerships with email service providers and inbox technology vendors, ensuring optimal deliverability and compliance
  • Identify new vendors, influence vendor roadmaps, and drive implementation of improvements
  • Lead email integrations with engineering teams and prioritize channel delivery features within the product roadmap
  • Enhance email API capabilities, monitoring, analytics, and alerting for performance optimization
  • Productize operational workflows, reputation management processes, and deliverability tools
  • Support large enterprise deals with technical validation and guidance for Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams
  • Translate industry and regulatory changes (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) into actionable product requirements
