Senior Product Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution model for global cloud region expansion and capability integration across our AI‑powered platform. You will operate from the Cross‑CX team—the centralized hub for communication, prioritization, visualization, governance, and strategy—ensuring clarity, alignment, and predictable execution across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security/Compliance, Operations, and Go‑to‑Market teams. This role sits at the intersection of regional growth (new regions, feature expansion, data residency, FedRAMP and other frameworks) and new product integration (sequencing acquired products, establishing platform alignment, achieving regional parity, and scaling AI capabilities across regions). You’ll define CLEAR scope documentation, drive clear prioritization, implement repeatable processes, and articulate current status with crisp visibility for executives and delivery teams.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years in Product Management for cloud platforms, AI‑powered SaaS, or large‑scale distributed systems.
- Proven experience with multi‑region/multi‑cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data residency considerations.
- Working knowledge of security and compliance (authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, evidence, audit scopes) and frameworks such as FedRAMP, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001 (others a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to create repeatable product processes, drive prioritization frameworks, and deliver clear status across complex programs.
- Comfortable navigating M&A integration: aligning architectures, harmonizing capabilities, and sequencing rollouts across regions.
- Excellent communicator (written, verbal, visual) with executive‑level presence and cross‑functional influence.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with portfolio/roadmap tools (e.g., Aha!, Jira, Confluence) and visualization/reporting (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Background in AI/ML deployment patterns (model packaging, inference latency, data pipelines, GPU/accelerator availability).
- Familiarity with microservices, event‑driven systems, APIs, and platform governance.
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS and operating within matrixed organizations.
