About The Position

Since launching globally in 2016, advertising in short-form video has evolved immensely and so has TikTok's monetization platform. As TikTok's revenue has grown exponentially, go-to-market teams have adapted faster than systems can be built and are now challenged with unlocking strategic insights to continue to grow the business. To solve this, TikTok has built an in-house CRM that spans the entire sales journey from lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-revenue, and customer success that allows us to deeply understand the goals of our advertiser and agencies while empowering our sales teams to become trusted advisors for clients. As the Product Manager on the Ads CRM team, you will spearhead solutions in conjunction with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to build the next generation of TikTok's in-house CRM by leveraging generativeAI capabilities, driving business outcomes and supporting global business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in To B (Business-to-Business) product management.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of online advertising products, CRM data application products, or Generative AI models/applications is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and drive decision-making.
  • Data-sensitive, possessing strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, proficient in utilizing data to analyze and improve business performance. Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the functional design of data applications and AI insight products on the CRM platform, defining the product roadmap, and writing Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
  • Work closely with the internal sales team to gather and analyze sales processes and business requirements.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, including project planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure on-time product delivery and adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze product metrics, collaborate with relevant teams to quickly identify issues, continuously iterate on product features, and strive to improve key product indicators.
