Since launching globally in 2016, advertising in short-form video has evolved immensely and so has TikTok's monetization platform. As TikTok's revenue has grown exponentially, go-to-market teams have adapted faster than systems can be built and are now challenged with unlocking strategic insights to continue to grow the business. To solve this, TikTok has built an in-house CRM that spans the entire sales journey from lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-revenue, and customer success that allows us to deeply understand the goals of our advertiser and agencies while empowering our sales teams to become trusted advisors for clients. As the Product Manager on the Ads CRM team, you will spearhead solutions in conjunction with global sales teams, strategy, and operations to build the next generation of TikTok's in-house CRM by leveraging generativeAI capabilities, driving business outcomes and supporting global business needs.
