About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Product Manager, Casino Experience to lead one of our key product teams. In this role, you will own the end-to-end player journey across core casino touchpoints, including lobby, game discovery, promotions, personalization, and engagement mechanics. You will be responsible for defining strategy and executing initiatives that improve player acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our casino products. You will also be accountable for prioritization decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes for the Casino Experience roadmap. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business strategy, helping us deliver innovative solutions that delight millions of users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within online casino, iGaming, gaming, or high-scale consumer platforms
  • Strong experience with player engagement mechanics such as promotions, bonuses, personalization, loyalty, or gamification
  • Experience working in regulated environments
  • Experience owning consumer-facing experiences at scale
  • Ability to balance UX, revenue, and compliance constraints
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and time zones
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver products on time and within budget
  • Strong experience working within agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for building outstanding customer experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching casino features in regulated U.S. markets
  • Background in experimentation-heavy or personalization-driven products
  • Experience mentoring junior product managers
  • Experience working closely with CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle messaging platforms
  • Passion for casino games and player psychology
  • Experience in sportsbook products is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product strategy for Casino Experience
  • Define, track, and optimize key product metrics including engagement, retention, conversion, and lifetime value
  • Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation (e.g., MVPs, A/B testing) to inform roadmap decisions
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, analytics, and commercial teams to deliver exceptional solutions
  • Inspire and lead a fast-growing, high-performing team through a collaborative and transparent culture
  • Drive the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization
  • Champion customer and business needs, translating them into innovative, compliant product experiences
  • Foster a startup mentality, driving technical excellence, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement
  • Engage regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure product alignment with business goals
