Team Summary The Visa Commercial Solutions global platform (VCS) team has overall responsibility for all aspects of platform strategy, development, and management for commercial platforms. VCS serves clients engaged in providing payment products to small businesses, middle market companies, large corporate/multinational enterprises, and government organizations. Role Summary: Visa is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead the product lifecycle of ERP and accounting software integrations for virtual card Embedded Payments solutions. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day product operations, roadmap execution, and rollout coordination with issuers and their small-medium business (SMB) clients. The role will focus on delivering seamless embedded payment experiences using Visa virtual cards across platforms such as accounting and expense management systems. This role requires strong customer acumen, creative problem solving, and excellent knowledge and experience of business applications. Key Responsibilities: Product Lifecycle Management Solve customer problems by properly researching, identifying, and validating pain points and solutions. Research and analyze market presence, functionality, and technical foundations of SaaS business applications such as accounting, ERP, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows, vertically integrated solutions, and expense management platforms. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for ERP and accounting software integrations—from requirements gathering to launch and post-rollout optimization. Define and maintain product roadmaps aligned with Embedded Payments strategy and SI development timelines. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, compliance, and sales) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality integrations. Integration Oversight Serve as the product lead for specific ERP and accounting platforms, ensuring integrations are optimized for Visa virtual card payments. Work closely with System Integrators and Workato (Visa’s iPaaS partner) to validate technical builds and ensure alignment with Visa API standards. Monitor integration performance, user experience, and adoption metrics across platforms. Customer Go-To-Market Partner with sales teams to engage customers and support rollout planning, onboarding, and training. Act as the primary product point of contact for customer feedback, issue resolution, and enhancement requests. Ensure integrations meet the needs of both buyers and suppliers in Procure-to-Pay workflows. Documentation & Enablement Develop and maintain product documentation, integration guides, and enablement materials for internal and external stakeholders. Support go-to-market efforts with solution overviews, demos, and training sessions tailored to ERP and accounting software users. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Requirements

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

  • Strong understanding of ERP/accounting platforms (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and Procure-to-Pay workflows.
  • Experience managing technical integrations and working with APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with virtual card issuance and embedded finance is a strong plus.
  • Independent thinker with strong track record of influencing roadmaps and go-to-market strategy
  • Excellent project management skills tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience working with System Integrators or third-party development partners.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate client needs into scalable product solutions.
