About The Position

You will be leading our training offense as part of the wider Jordan Football, Baseball, Athletic Training (FBAT) & Golf Product Management team, working closely with your triad partners across Design, Development, Global Merchandising, Sourcing/Costing, Demand Planning, Operations, and the wider Nike Inc Training team. Our Jordan Brand FBAT & Golf Team is looking for a Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) to lead the Jordan Training Footwear category in partnership with the Jordan Global Footwear Product Team. This role is responsible for driving the product creation process from initial concept through commercialization and production, ensuring alignment with critical dates, product specifications, sustainability goals, and profitability targets. A passion for serving our consumers is a requirement! The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for sport/life training and a deep understanding of the Jordan consumer. You'll be expected to influence cross-functional teams across the Jordan family, manage seasonal line plans, and deliver compelling product assortments that resonate with our global consumer. This role requires high workload capacity & resourcefulness - no two days are ever the same.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, Product Merchandising, Product Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 3+ years' experience in retail and/or product creation role with a deep understanding of product benefits and creation process
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the training marketplace and culture of sport with strong consumer understanding
  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, lead, negotiate and impact the triad
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Experience managing complex timelines and delivering against key milestones
  • Excellent business management experience, analytical proficiency and understanding of retail math, with experience in Excel/Keynote/Miro/MMX
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Lead the seasonal product creation process for the Training category, partnering with design, development, merchandising, and brand teams.
  • Servicing a global marketplace with sharp line planning skills that reflect consumer insights, marketplace trends, and business objectives.
  • Produce best-in-class product briefing by obsessing consumer culture of influence and creating insights to fuel product lines + create opportunities that inspires the holistic triad.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of samples and alignment with go-to-market strategies.
  • Champion the Jordan Training consumer and ensure product solutions reflect their tastes, habits, and cultural preferences.
